I'm Xane, your inactivity manager, and this project is where you'll find all the stuff relating to inactivity in this RP. Sections: 1. Inactivity Tracker -> Section 1: Inactivity Definition + Guidelines So, what is inactivity in the first place? Inactivity, as defined by the Merriam-Webster Dictionary, is "the quality or state of being inactive," with the definition of inactive being, "not active: such as: b1. being out of use b3. not involved in activities of a group or organization." In this RP, inactivity is when you don't RP in one of the studios for a certain amount of time. The max amount of time that you can be inactive, excluding special cases (this will be elaborated on in section 3), is 2 weeks. What happens afterwards will be elaborated on in the next section. However, if you start a SRP or start/claim an ORP at least every other week (Nix's words, not mine), you'll be fine! -> Section 2: Results of Inactivity If you happen to be inactive for two weeks without contacting me first, your character will be removed from the RP. As of right now, there's no specific way that they'll go out in, but if you have any ideas, feel free to contact me or Nix. -> Section 3: Reporting Inactivity The only exception to the above section is if you tell me that you'll be inactive for a certain period of time due to something (ex. sickness, travel, etc.). When you report this to me, I'll log your character inside the project so that I won't mistakenly put them on the inactivity list. -> Section 4: Inactivity Tracker As of posting this project, everyone's inactivity score is 0, aka nobody's on the inactivity list yet. Around 3 pm PST, I'll post cutoffs for inactivity, and the list will be updated and notifs will be sent out shortly after. The inactivity list will be in the description of this project, and overflow will be inside the project. I'll usually send out notifs on Sunday.
