Put it in the first slot of your items pocket. Use a Rare Candy to evolve Bellsprout into Weepinbell. Because your party is full of Ghost-types, the game forces a graphical overflow. The Lemonade in your bag tricks the memory system into overriding the standard evolution, changing the Weepinbell data into ID 0x7C: PEASHOOTER.
