Incident: March 18th 2009 Location: [Redacted] During a intercept communications were malfunctioning and when a radar truck was trying to tell team SEBTU of the speeds where too high.. this message never went through then a deployment error occurred resulting in them being hit directly by the tornado this incident caused 1 fatality among the crew
