Hello guys! Twig here! 。:+* ゜ ゜゜ *+:。 。:+* ゜ ゜゜ * So, since I joined scratch a little ago, I want to explain to people why I am a therian. (No real reason, just want people to know :3) So, as some of you know, my theriotypes are the red fox and the calico cat. And I have VERY STRONG CONNECTIONS TO THOSE TWO. I'm not the therian that figures their connection at birth, I was pretty graduall. Anyways, I've always loved foxes. They have been my favorite animal since my earliest memories. I've never really known why, it's just like i've seen one and suddenly I feel connected from the heart. It was only a few months ago when I finally started connecting the dots, because my best friend is a therian, and I've always felt like shes been guiding me to figure it out. I asked her what made her figure it out, and she always said, "When you see your theriotype(s), you feel different. Not in a bad way, just connected." That night we had a conversation and I figured out that I related to most of the signs she told me, and I figured it out! Before that, I've always gotten this strange memory of me walking around, (Not gonna go into details lol...) but, I didn't feel human in the memories. It felt like I had fur, and this big, fluffy tail. I wasn't walking on two legs either. I've had other memories like these, throughout my life. Also, I don't know if these are signs or just pure coincidence, but a fox'es diet usually contains chicken, fish, and berries. Well, chicken has always been my favourite type of meat, and the sushi that isn't smoked, just raw, is my favourite food. And one day, I searched up the type of fruit they liked, and it said grapes, blueberries, and strawberries. Grapes and strawberries have ALWAYS been delicious, and for some reason I prefer them more than others. Not really a reason for your theriotype, just wanted to put the "coincidence" out there lol. There's a lot more to that, but I'm just going ahead and moving on to my second theriotype: Calico cats. For some reason, calico cats have always been my favourite. Not because of how they look, or supposedly because they are "lucky," but because when I am around one I always feel strongly connected. Like there MUST be something more to that connection. And I also don't know why, but most cats I meet, (most of them at least," Seem to calm down when I come near. Like their owners are like, "They have never been so calm around someone they haven't seen before!" LIKE WDYM.... its really only a couple cats who either flat don't care or they like "Get away hooman!!" But, like my fox theriotype, I have certain memories of a person (they blurry) and a worn down, really small house. Or exploring in the forest. I wasn't exactly sure what KIND of cat it was, but I do get vague memories of my own fur color, like looking down at your leg. And there is a lot more reasons WHY, but I'm not gonna include it in this.
