this is my neon b. vegas design i made for a multifandom project of mine, called "Across the Nexus". it features fandoms such as vdab, mixels, goanimate (yes really), 2017 scratch, and more. neon comes from certain scratch projects from around 2016-2017, by people like Jacob630. also this like one of my first attempts at doing vector art, so sorry if it looks bad or weird. (btw, if you want, you can remix the project if you want to remake the vector)
