As Aurelia comes under attack and nobody comes to help it, especially with Legozainder being at war with them and Prospiria deliberately not helping them (even helping their enemy before getting into a war with Volcania), many have naturally begun to feel that the NKO is falling apart. It is an old alliance, and it has far exceeded its purpose, and yet it has survived this far. Prospiria hasn't left yet, but it has clearly begun to disregard it when it would mean protecting the despicable.
