LOREEEEE (you can change if needed)- Rainey has two desires: The first is to see the outside world, the second is to be human. She thinks that if she becomes a main or a more recognized character she would have a better chance to at least see outside, but she's too scared of sharing her opinions to people, so for now she's stuck in the gift shop as a side character that no one really pays attention to. (Also, she is fully capable of holding a conversation and talking to strangers, the only thing she can't do is share her opinions or real feelings.)
