just...pat the skyler...aka put your cursor over skylers head!(or the glove if on mobile...) press space to change it to poking mode or beat mode. (for beat mode just press on skyler) press the purple square if your on mobile to change it from the glove to the pin, and if its blank after the pin, just press it again.
