He was raised by a group of Solaris cultists, who idolized and worshipped the sun god. And when infinite was born Solaris had at the time been split, and he was born with Solaris's mark, meaning he was the host for a peice of Solaris, iblis. Infinite was raised as the sun prince, but instead of normal royalty treatment he was used as a weapon, a tool. Eventually he made friends with some other cultist soldiers his age range a year older and younger. They went through 3 years of teamwork becoming family. But due to his emotional attachment he became unfocused on the cultist mission and his friends were wiped off. He then when ahead and caused a massacre, and unlocked the full power of iblis, but it ended up damaging him, causing him looking for hell, leading him to eggman. They made a deal and eggman fused infinite and iblis with the phantom ruby and they did a partnership and taking full revenge, but infinite was defeated and fell, and he retired to a distant small town becoming know as young lad fin. But eggman found him and due to infinite betraying eggman by fleeing and keeping the ruby he was mad and slaughtered the village. Fin drove him out but lost everyone again. He was then given last words by the lady who took him in, making him promise to be a hero instead of a villain, and he eventually let sonic capture him, and he when into rehabilitation, and Amy an shadow teamed up to rehabilitate him and it worked. Now he's a dark hero and friends with Amy and shadow. He also met rouge and omega and is apart of team dark, working closely with all members. (He also canonically has a crush on rouge and also still has the ruby on his chest and all of Solaris, and iblises powers including the fused ones.)
