She kept it tucked behind her ear for many moons, passing it down to her daughter, who passed it down to her daughter, and so on.. -- -- -- -- Hi red mc flower/family heirloom! Good lord is this flower old.. (almost 200 moons??) This is the flower in the cornfield tn btw It was originally claimed by Cornflowerstem and passed down to Floralmoon, then passed down to Cornflowerpaw, who gave it to Starlightseeker, who gave it to Rosekit. Lots of lore!! Yeah!! Everytime it was passed on, a leaf on the flower seemed to become very damaged. -- -- -- -- unofficial traditions - the flower is usually passed from parent to the eldest kit of their last litter - if they die without any kits, it's passed to a close family member (sibling, nephew/niece, etc.) - it's nothing special for the cat with the flower, just a cute little tradition I guess -- -- keep in mind the only official thing about the flower is that it's an official accessory, the traditions kinda just coincidentally formed lol this is your sign to make a family heirloom for your cat's lineage
