Scratchrap is supposed to be read "Scratch trap". I personally see him acting similarly to Redman from ONAF2, showing up as a distracting pop-up, and attacking when you ignore him for too long. He isn't really based on any EXE. I made him myself.
Colors: fur is normal colored, and eyes and mouth are just white, and empty. Sound: I imagine him sounding similar to that laugh that Specimen 6 makes in spooky's jumpscare mansion. His name was just made up on the spot. I don't know if he'll get in, but here he is anyways! :)
