1: All of those captured by Aurelia, from Nakh's forces or homeland, shall be returned. In return, Nakh will return Aurelia's prisoners of war. 2: Aurelia will owe Nakh and Macarthur a combined total of $4,000,000,000,000, with an annual interest rate of 2%, compounding annually. The minimum payment that Aurelia must make each year is a half of that year's interest. The indemnity will be split into thirds, with Macarthur getting two thirds of the payments, and Nakh getting the other third. 3: A decade-long truce is to be held between Nakh, Volcania and Macarthur, and Aurelia. During which, no aggression will be permitted. On the territory of Felsma, Nakh will be the third party, and on the territory of Marthan, Volcania will be the third party. The map is to be changed to this: -Red and blue lines don't signal anything, they just show frontlines and pre-war borders respectively -The bright green is a newly independent, democratic state, where political dissidents of Aurelia can go for protection and expression in case of any repercussions. -Macarthur gets some territory in the east, redefining a border by mostly just a river, to ensure that Macarthur has a natural boundary to help with defense and free up assets. With the approval of the three signatories: Volcania, Aurelia, and Macarthur, hostilities between Nakh, Macarthur and Volcania, and Aurelia shall cease. Additionally, regardless of if the treaty is signed, Nakh proposes a 3-month long ceasefire to prioritize negotiations.
