The idea of these logos stems from, at its core, what the FIFA World Cup is. It was never just about the football. It was going to be so much more than it. For something as big as the 100th anniversary of the tournament, I had to incorporate that kind of energy into the logo. Not the culture of the hosts, not how the football is played, but now the energy is felt and vibrated. For the first time ever, there is not one but two logos, both used interchangeably or seen together. So is the official name of the event, either "FIFA World Cup 100" or "FIFA World Cup 2030". The logos are similar to each other but with each having a different color pallette. The 100 has the colors of Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay, while the 30 has the colors of Spain, Portugal, and Morocco. All presented in a gradient to reflect the diversity and colorfulness of the competition, in contrast to the logo for the 2026 World Cup. The "00" in "100" is displayed as an infinity symbol, signifying the variable that never changes for each subsequent World Cup: Passion, love, emotion, energy and glory. ---------------------------------------- FIFA
