News from the tense (and ever silent) peace talks at Cresvce have finally emerged: the civil war is over. Ketz has finally relented and admitted defeat against the growing coalition of leaders in favor of van Dak's proposal. Maps and documents are already being drafted for the newly renamed "Confederal Provinces of Feschtland, Cubertshaven, and Suletstraya" - although everybody still calls it Blerpusdorf. Fighting slows to a trickle, and soldiers from all sides unite to stop any further destruction. Wide-scale cooperation makes it much easier to aid in huge disasters like stopping the fires surrounding Kap-Aarschen's chemical refineries and starting the reconstruction of Drefenberg. Of course, there's much rebuilding to be done. While some cities, like Cubertshaven and Alßa, were spared from most of the fighting, others such as Kap-Aarschen, Nourdeburg, Drefenberg, and Blonckstein have seen widespread devastation and might take years to reconstruct. But no matter the case, the Confederal Provinces of Blerpusdorf can finally begin a return to normalcy. As van Dak commented, "Even in a decade of change, perhaps heading back to the tried and tested can be better."
