Okay, I know this is none of my business… But I’ve experienced this before — even to the point where I almost stopped following my passion. I've also seen few of my friends leaving because of this issue I’m not going to act like I’m innocent either. I’ve commented mean things before without thinking… But this… this is too far. Nowadays, I’ve seen people online, especially coders(What purpose do you serve on Scratch, CT, or any other coding website if all you do is hate on others?)here, leave hurtful comments without thinking, and sometimes even on purpose. If you’re one of those people, I want to ask you this: “How would others feel if you said what you posted to your friend, family member, or neighbor?” “How would you feel if someone said the exact same words to you?” I understand that there are people who may have done terrible things in the past and are now asking for forgiveness. In that case, either ignore them or accept their apology. Don’t start randomly criticizing or blaming them for something that was caused in 1945. THINK BEFORE YOU POST After all, you never truly know who’s behind the screen… and words can lead to anxiety, depression, isolation, and things I’d rather not even talk about. To the people who’ve caused these issues before, I hope you realize your mistakes. And if you’re still continuing this behavior and ignoring messages like mine, then I pray that you understand that you're ultimately making someone else’s life feel like a burden. With Regards
If you have any issues with the above message, feel free to comment....This is an upsetting issue, affecting not just me but many others who joined this very platform for sharing their code around the world...Guess there are insufferable people who don't care about consequences and just want to be popular by hurting others PS- I'm not doing this to gain more likes and stars, I just want this drama to end......I'm sick and tired of it.....
