Hi everyone, figured I'd share my summer outlook since the last day of school for me is next Friday (So sad for me, Class of 2026 is graduating, and basically all my friends are in there. Still very happy for them) 1. Summer classes Don't worry, I passed all my classes this year, so I don't have summer school. I am still doing an Early College plan, but I started late, so that's why I have a class this summer. However, the difference for this summer than last summer is that I'll be taking only one course instead of two. Guess what the course is.... Dinosaurs! Yes, my college does offer a class that is literally only about dinosaurs. I was going to take a different class, but that one was filled up, and the dinosaur class was the only one available, so I decided to go with that. (The professor is actually really cool, he helped our state get a state dinosaur [which is the Oryctodromeus]) 2. 4-H Still in 4-H, nothing new. I'm only doing pigs this year, but also, dates for fair changed, so I have a different week that I'll be doing fair 3. Job I am not returning to my job last year due to a conflict at home, which is babysitting. I have decided to stay home and do this instead (and yes, I will be paid by my parents) So yeah, that's my summer outlook so far. Summer may end for me on August 31 (and I'll be a senior *sob*), so that's how long I'll be able to be on This year was definitely proven very difficult as I have taken pretty much 9 classes every trimester rather than the average 5, so I am happy that it is coming to an end.
