︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵︵ Q1: What's your favourite genre/genres? A: Fantasy 100% Q2: Have you ever finished writing a story? A: . . . only one, and I was seven. Not great. Q3: First person POV, second person POV, or third person POV? A: Usually I like first, but third is okay for reading. Q4: Do you have a favorite author? If so, who? A: Leigh Bardugo, David Eddings, Jackson Ford, so on and so forth. :D Q5: Do you want to be a writer when you're older? A: On the side, but I'm too bad at commitment and deadlines for it to be my job. Q6: Do you have any advice for writers? If so, what is it? A: I don't know, man, I'm still figuring it all out myself. Q7: When it comes to writing, are you a perfectionist? A: I'd like to be, but it's more 'I hate this and will forever' perfectionist than 'I need to fix that' perfectionist. Q8: Have you shared a story on scratch before? A: No, because it just doesn't work with my OCs. There's a story I'm writing for school I shared a snippet of, but only because I didn't like it. Still don't. Q9: What's your favorite plot structure? (7 point plot structure, hero's journey plot structure, etc) A: Uh. I don't know? I like straightforward stories, but I also like the chaotic, all over the place ones. Q10: What's your inspiration? A: Well how much time do you have? Music, books, movies, shows, animatics, fan fics, games. Pretty much any media I consume. Q11: Do you like making graphic novels/comics? A: Can't draw. Q12: Poetry, or story writing? A: Story, definitely. I love poetry, but I tried writing it once (for one of my characters). Never again. Never. Again. Q13: Fiction or non-fiction? A: Fiction. Q14: What's your favorite book/series? A: Grishaverse. All of them. Q15: Do you believe in writers block? A: That's like asking a cancer patient if they believe in illness. Yeah. Q16: What about reader's block? A: Yeah, I actually stopped reading for quite a while. Life gets to be a lot sometimes. Q17: Do you like putting references in your stories? (references to other books, a movie, songs, etc) A: Oh constantly. All the time. My OC Erawa loves movies, my OC Cimena is a nu metal girlie and reader, plus just random little bits of dialogue. Q18: Do you like writing chapter books? A: I'm new to it, and still learning. I'm not very good at "sit down and write". I'm better at "Random four ideas that will change the course of the storyline in the middle of starbucks that I will proceed to forget in five minutes". Q19: Realistic fiction or unrealistic fiction? A: I see it as fiction or fantasy, and honestly, either. I like the 'powers in the real world' trope, and I like the immersive-ness of a fantasy world. Q20: Have you ever written a character based on someone in real life? A: Kind of? My OC Dicul came from a bout of half awake thinking about a dream, so I pictured her looking like me. Otherwise, she's completely different.
Q21: Do you give MBTI personality types to your characters? A: I've thought about it recently, doing personality tests from their perspectives, but I haven't yet. Q22: Writing in a notebook or writing on google docs? A: Notebook Q23: What do you think is the best thing for someone to do when they get writers block? A: You tell me! I need a solution myself! Read? Q24: When did you realize you wanted to be a writer? A: I don't know. I started my DSMP phase in, like, 2021, and started thinking of dialogue lines passively. That slowly evolved into OCs. Probably then? I've liked reading since I knew how, though. Q25: Do you have a lot of OCs? A: 16 for my notebook, 4ish for my school story. Q26: Do you have a lot of stories you are writing? A: Just two at the moment. Q27: What's the most difficult part of planning a story? A: Keeping it cohesive. My brain naturally comes up with random ideas that are who-knows-where in the story itself. Q28: Do you do journaling? A: Like a diary? No. I've tried, but It doesn't work for me. Q29: Do you write in one specific way/theme, or lots of different ways/themes? e.g. fantasy, third person, non-fiction, first person, second person, fiction, etc A: Well, I write my in notebook like it's a script, because my original plan was to have it animated, then my school story is first person and fantasy. Q30: Do you find it hard to write the first chapter/ prologue? A: Ask me once I have. Q31: Have you drawn your characters before? A: Nope. Q32: Have you roleplayed with your characters before? A: Yeah, but not here. Q33: Do you think you take way too long planning what to write instead of actually writing? A: I don't do either of those things enough. A: Since seven years old, on and off. Q37: Have you tried writing in a new way before? A: Yeah. Q38: What, in your opinion, is the most fun theme to write about? (not genre. A theme is like war, coming of age, good vs evil, family, etc) A: Ooh. War but instead of Good vs Evil it's hard to pick and stay with one side. Also character struggling with something uncontrollable that's a part of them. I have too many. Q39: Have you written characters with sad backstories? A: Too many. Q40: Have you ever written yourself in a story? A: Not really? I wrote this one essay from the perspective of my cat, but it was three paragraphs. Q41: Do you usually unintentionally make a side character more interesting than a main character? A: All of my OCs have chronic main character syndrome. Q42: Have you ever written a character as something other than a human? A: Yep! I have these things called halves, which are essentially were-animals with more features. Q43: Have you ever written the main character as the villain before? A: Yeeeeeeeeesss. Yay, morally ambiguous! :D Q44: What's your favorite things to put in stories? (things you personally find entertaining to read/write) A: Possessions. And it shows. Q45: Have you written romance before? A: I have a ship between my comfort character and my morally ambiguous character, but it's not as much a romance as it is endearingly awkward. Q46: Do you put life lessons in your stories? A: No. Please do not learn anything from my stories. Q47: What's your favorite character from a book? A: ✨Nikolai Lantsov✨ And also Jesper Fahey. And Genya Kostyk. Q48: Writing or drawing? A: Writing. Q49: Writing or reading? A: Mmmmm reading because I have writer's block right now. Q50: Have you written a main character as the complete opposite of you before? I need to walk my dog that day' type attitude. ︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶︶ Guys I have nothing to post on this platform anymore
