Does anyone even check Scratch anymore? I'm not sure. Well, let's get into it! ☆ ⊹ ₊ . ‧₊˚.☆ · ˚⊹ ⋆ ₊ ☆╭ ◜ ◝ ͡ ◜◝╮ ⋆╭◜◝ ͡ ◜◝╮. ⊹ ☆.*⋆ ╰ ◟◞ ͜ ∩_∩ ͜ ◟◞╯. ⊹ ⋆. („• ֊ •„)☆ ￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣U U￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣￣ It's 4:13 in the morning. I can hear the birds chirping while Notion by the Rare Occasions play. (How ironic). I should be sleeping, but I drank a chocolate cream cold brew, and I enjoy riding through the waves of nostalgia at this time. It's been about two years since my last post on scratch. A year since then, I made a few comments on my page too. In that time, I've lost around 45 follows (no surprises there, hehe!), progressed immensely on my art, and grown as a person. I know that it's hard to see people past a screen. I doubt many, if any of the friends I once had on here are still active. But my life never stopped once I stepped back from the picture. So here's some fun (unchanging, or different!) facts about me. Snapshots, if you will! ____________________________________________ General About Me. Name - I still go by Oliver and Lynn online, although I prefer Oliver Gender - I still very much align with being cis, but I'm apathetic identity wise! I go by they/them or any pronouns online for androgynies sake and privacy. Did my drawing translate that? Sexuality - This is a bit rough. I still remember posting my coming out project. It was one of the highest ranked projects I had, and everyone was so overwhelmingly supportive. When I took it down, I did it out of fear and denial. I really wanted to pretend I wasn't what I am. I'm panromantic, and asexual. It took me years to finally admit to myself that I was ace. Recently came out to some friends and a parent, so that's neat too! Age - Nearly an adult, woah! I am proud to say I will be graduating in a years time, with an associates degree as well. It's a little silly too; I don't feel any older than I was. ____________________________________________ Questions. What happened after the move? Life... got busy. I still regret that I made so many promises I couldn't keep on here, but I was undeniably a kid. Being able to stop having this as a responsibility brought me back to the present again. Do you still draw? Obviously! Art is my passion. I have never given up on it, or plan to. See the where to contact me section for more info! Future goals? For now, I want to pursue a higher education. I'll get a job that funds my artwork until it can become a fulltime career. Maybe my name will be on an animation project one day, or on the front cover of a manhwa. I also plan to (eventually) go abroad to South Korea for this reason. ____________________________________________ Interests. Music - I'm sad to say that my taste in music has not changed, if only expanded! I still listen to Cavetown and Conan Gray (his newest album and deluxe edition are beautiful) and I'm going to see my favorite band, The Strokes, in the summertime. I also have become addicted to vkei and jpop. Fashion - A mix of alt. Grunge, hyperfeminine, bohemian, early 2000's.. whatever makes me happy, really. Fandoms - No longer into warrior cats, but I have never forgotten the impact it had on me. I am still into Miraculous Ladybug, by the way. My favorite ship is Marc and Nath! I got into Undertale. It is my absolute favorite game ever. I am a big fan of indie projects too, like Glitch's TADC And yes, I have finally become an anime nerd. I'm a little shocked it took this long. My favorites are tbhk, ohshc, bsd, demon slayer, and given. My favorite genre's are shoujo, seinen, and bl. As of right now, I'm reading classic literature and learning how to play the drums. ____________________________________________ There have been a lot of ups and downs to my life. I have made friends, and lost them. I have admittedly had some horrible mental health issues as well. But I'm still here. And the truth is, while I don't post on scratch anymore, I am beginning to kick off my socials! There were some crazy times. Sometimes I look back on my past self and cringe. But it was a nice ride. I don't regret a thing.
