Click/space to move on to the next image The tsuchinoko is a small, elusive mob. It resembles a small, girthy and wide viper. It usually flees upon first sight, biting its tail and forming a wheel shape and rolling off. But if it is cornered or attacked it will fight back. They inflict a special paralytic venom status effect similar to poison. You can pacify a Tsuchinoko by feeding it beer (which probably needs its own mechanic). There, it will not run or attack. While they're passive, you can milk them with Glass Bottles for their venom. These bottles can be used as an alternative to Dragon's breath for making lingering potions. On death they have a rare chance to drop their fangs. These fangs can be used to brew potions that inflict their special venom status effect.
