Her name is Hayami Kasane, she's currently a Grade 3 or 2 sorcerer (She went blow for blow with a special grade that was moving at Mach 3) and her Cursed Technique is called Tremor Resonance. She can create tremors/vibrations in the air or ground that can range from simple vibrations to move objects or disorient enemies, to mini earthquakes that can add power to her blows, or even increase her speed or jumping power. She's very anxious and has low self esteem, only held up by her best friend (and crush), Cheng He Higashikata (a friend's oc based on Josuke from jojo. They both originate from a roleplay)
