The cat in the drawing is called Bingsu and I adopted him a few days ago :3 I'll add him to my OC refs once I decide on a design for him because I wanna make a few changes to it. if that makes sense... The blue beam thing is supposed to be light or something :P I tried to shade again I tried adding face floof but failed :/
