This is bird watching. You have a radar, heat scanner, and a dart. Click to throw a dart, space to change the radar to heat scanner (hold) and when you have hit all the birds stop the project. It will tell you if you have won or not. Also don't hit too many non-birds. On the radar, it will show where targets are, and heat scanners will show you where any non-birds are. The red button in the top right is to stop the project. Good Luck.
