All of the colvan water controlled areas ( this is the water by Colvan's land) are now blocked off with a few exceptions. These exceptions are for countries. They have their ships that must pass through these areas to reach their land. Also, any of these ships is subject to search. Also, any unconfirmed ship will be fired upon.
