Use the arrow keys to move around. Click on the characters to select him; Click the gather button at the top of the screen to begin gathering. If you are standing near the water pool, you will collect water. If you are standing near a patch of trees, you will gather resources. (If you are standing near two patches of trees, they will both disappear and you will only gather credit for one. I have no fix for this.) Click the forage button to gather food and resources. Once you've gathered some resources, you can begin to build some structures. Click the 'build' button to see what your building options are. Click an option to see its cost (in resources) and shelter rating, and click it again to build. Click blue outline of the structure once again to build it. If you do not have sufficient resources, you will not be able to click the blue outline. Press 'c' to clear blue outlines. The buttons on the left side will grey out once you have built the structure. You cannot build one structure twice. The garden structure allows you to cultivate food. Once built, you can click on the empty garden to plant 2 units of food. You can harvest at any time. If you harvest directly after planting, however, you will only gain 2 units of food back; the same amount you put in. You can also wait up to 2.5 mins to gain the maximum amount of food per planting. Each stage adds +2 units to your end harvest The bars on the bottom right represent your thirst (blue) and hunger (green.) It takes about 4 minutes for food to run out, and about 3 for water. Click on each bar to consume one of its associated resource, and restore some of the bar. As of now, there is no penalty for running out of either. A small tab will appear at the top of the bar as you get low to make it easier to click. Press 'B' to open and close the inventory. As of now, this does nothing. Press 'C' to deselect the selected character, clear unbuilt structures, and close the inventory.
