A typical British generic lift installed by ENTEK (not to be confused with Sandyville's InTek, which manufactures Sigma lifts) in a budget hotel in "The Workspace", a shophouse complex near AB Waterfront which is also managed by Terran&Terran. The hotel itself is small, with 40 rooms in total, compared to that one LenaHotel thing above the mall. The shophouse's carpark is connected to the mall's carpark (but not Srewner Hills mall's carpark because they use a different parking management), which i think is quite nice (AB Waterfront should also connect to Srewner Hills too). Strangely, this hotel connects to a night club, you can access it in the first floor.
