qThis project is a test for moving an object while it's in a project that uses parallax. Why not go and see? The parallax softness decides where in depth the object (most cases the object is SC) appears to be, while technically it decides how soft the parallax effect works on the object. The object's X and Y positions decide where the object would be X and Y. You can drag the object and when you let go, that will determine the object's new X and Y positions. Spacebar will reset everything (ex. if you need to fix that the object isn't going in parallax but isn't being dragged) Q will round the parallax softness down, E rounds it up. Arrow keys L/R shift parallax softness by 0.5 and -0.5, but if you hold up arrow key, it shifts it by 1, and down arrow key shifts it by .25. Yes the arrow keys can bypass the limits of the parallax softness slider, it does some pretty wacky things when you go off the range. Sorry mobile users.
This project is quite wacky if you mess with the settings enough. There is a hidden script that automatically cycles the parallax softness between 25 and -25 inside the code, activate it if you want to see it.
