Term list so far: 1. We do not interfere with each other's Multiversal interests. If our actions DO happen to come into conflict, we negotiate a compromise. 2. It's free for our citizens to travel between our empires. 3. If one of us encounters a major threat, the other sends direct aid. 4. Businesses that operate in our empires have the freedom to operate, sell products, and recruit workers from the other's empire as well. 5. We don't just support each other. We support the allies of each other too, unless they threaten our interests.
