GENERAL CONDUCT - Be respectful to all other scratchers in the roleplay. - No harassment, discrimination, or intentionally starting drama. - INRP conflict =/= OORP conflict. - Listen to the admin. If they say your doing something wrong, please understand their point of view. - Keep any and all topics appropriate for Scratch. - Three warnings = Ban from roleplay. ROLEPLAY ETIQUETTE - No Power-playing (controlling another player's actions, words, injuries, or thoughts without direct OORP permission) - No God-Modding (Being undefeatable / flawless.) - Abilities should stay reasonable (Ex. Do not spam "xclaw teleported behind them" or smth.) - Ask for DIRECT consent to major events from the other party (Such as but not limited to: Permanent injuries, k1lling another players cat, major trauma-heavy plotlines, dramatic physical alterations, etc etc.) THE BALANCE LAWS (INRP) These laws were created by the Veil after the Great Divine War. The ancient texts read the following. "Neither Saint, Sinner, or any hybrid between the two may: Fully rule the Mortals. Directly wipe out the opposing Faction. And / Or completely rewrite Fate. Any cat (not limited to just Saints and Sinners) who breaks these laws will face the possible punishments: -VEIL SICKNESS -PROPHETIC INSTABILITY -PHYSICAL CORRUPTION -LOSS OF ABILITIES -MADNESS (craziness)" EXP / ABILITY GUIDELINES - No cat may instantly become strong in every single stat. This roleplay encourages specialization, and cats who focus on one exp / ability area. - EXP farming is STRICTLY forbidden. Admins and storage people have every right to deny unrealistic EXP gains. For example, you can grind 3 exp cw1 is favorite food every day, but not twenty a day. That is unrealistic, and will get you a warning if broken. - Prophecies should always remain at least 50% vague, and not control another person's cat. They also cannot spoil whole events. This will get you a warning if broken. LEADER / HIGH-RANK ELIGIBILITY + SIGNING UP Every cat is granted a certain amount of EXP depending on what they sign up as. Signing up as an Adult Cat (Pros and cons) (Granted 40 EXP points to spend across strength and morale off the bat.) Pros: Instant roleplay access to everything, can have a mate + kits almost instantly. Cons: Unable to be immediately eligible for any leadership roles (wait time = 6 weeks), mainly best for already fleshed-out characters. Signing up as a Juvenile Cat (Pros and cons) (Granted 30 EXP points to spend across strength and morale off the bat.) Pros: Ability to flesh out romance for a longer period of time, allows for interaction and relationship building with their mentor. Cons: Must complete apprenticeship and has a wait time of 3 weeks (after becoming 14 moons) before eligibility, best for gradual progression into the ranks of the group, not guaranteed to always be open. Getting a Kit from a litter (Pros and cons) (Not granted any EXP points) Pros: Ability to REALLY flesh out relationships, allows for a shorter wait period (must be 14 moons old to be eligible). Cons: Unable to gain every roleplay feature (like going out of camp), best for long-term character growth, lore may not be as planned. Leadership roles (Leader, deputy, medic, and medic apprentice) must be somewhat active, and may be story relevant. Also must be alright with being hated upon INRP (because everybody will!) as well as being drawn by the community. RELATIONSHIP RULES + MISC - Two cats may not get together (becoming mates) unless they have been dating for 3 IRL weeks, and are both over the age of 16 moons. - Adopted and Biological litters are both as related as the other, and neither one is "less related" than the other. - The max age gap between two cats is six moons. - A mentor and an apprentice / apprentice and kit are STRICTLY FORBIDDEN of being in ANY ROMANTIC / SEXUAL relationship. That's like a teacher X student, which is nasty and will not be tolerated. Breaking this rule will get you a warning. Also...kits are literal toddlers. - Being morally dark gray is okay, however being evil will require special permission from admins, and you must have actual reason(s) for why your cat would be evil. Cats under twenty moons will be automatically denied of being evil. - You may only have one cat, except in special events that allow you to have two cats. However, at the end of the event, you must kill, retire, or remove one of them from the roleplay. - You must be somewhat reasonably active after signing up. Being inactive for more than 2+ months without any warning / word will get you depromoted from any high-ranking positions, and will not be eligible for high-ranks for one month. Repeated inactivity without any warning (3+ times) will result in your character being automatically removed, unless you have a good reason for this. (IRL drama, Scratch / online drama, mental health, school issues, etc etc are valid.)
