Extra info: She was experimented on with the DNA of a deer and a wolf, which made her turn out like this :D The scientists were honestly way too curious for their own good- they wanted to see if it would actually work to mix the DNA of a predator with the DNA of prey. Maya ended up becoming their “proof,” even though she never asked for any of it. The whole point of the experiment was to see if two completely opposite creatures could coexist in one body, prey and predator, softness and strength. And somehow, Maya became the perfect blend of both. She moves with this weirdly beautiful mix of elegance and danger, like she could either run from you or run at you depending on the moment.
