It typically runs in the early evening from 6:00 PM or 9:00 PM on Triog Jr. and Triog Jr. 2 in the UK. It launched on November 2008 as Triog Playhouse Bedtime. The Block was rebranded as Triog Jr. Bedtime on April 30, 2010, in alignment with the rebrand of Triog Playhouse to Triog Jr. that same year. It was removed from both channels on November 3, 2014 (which was the same day Triog Jr. 2 was rebranded as Triog Jr. Too).
