It is time to get the nation out of ice. 1. We will begin building ships that can break the ice covering the water. We will then harvest that ice for clean water. To break the tougher and bigger ice, we shall drill holes into it and place dynamite at the bottom. This will shatter the structure deep beneath the ice. And then we can pry the ice open with special machinery. We will once again harvest the pieces for fresh, clean water. 2. We decide to begin releasing greenhouse gases a little bit so they can warm the earth up. Devices are set up around the country to monitor the temperature and track the gases in the air. 3. We encourage other nations to take action with us to break the ice and harvest it for water. This will benefit all of us and strengthen our relations for future wars the threaten the planet and our respective countries.
