I was looking through my old projects and in https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/389161695/ , I tried to make the icons draggable but you weren't able to drag them on top of each other. I made them go to a random position until they weren't on top of each other, which didn't work very well. This is how i would do it now. (Use turbo mode or set the custom block to run without screen refresh to make it instant)
