As stealth-bombers and with the Germans/Umas underestimating us, it would be completely by surprise. Stealth missiles strike first however, as they are faster. They hit known German/Uma AA instillation, collected by our massive spy agency and satellites. Hackers would assist, taking down as many German/Uma systems as they can, including air defenses, internet, etc. Afterwards, bombers follow close behind, hitting Uma/German airfields, civillian (Closed at this hour) or military, we show no mercy. Leaving nothing but rubble. This would likely destroy most, if not all of their airforce and air defense systems, temporarily giving us complete air superiority. With Uma/Germany just starting mobalization, and our borders eradicated (From the Czechs), they would be under defended. We quickly, right before we launch our bombers/missile pull Femboys from the northern front, being transported via our massive railroad networks to the borders within a few hours. Our small stealth navy positions itself near the Uma heartland, blockading the Black Sea via hiding with stealth technology and pouncing at random on any ship that passes through. We only let neutral non-combantant ships through. Our navy also makes a landing in the Suez Canal and Southern Ukraine. We begin focusing our bombing raids all over the very weak German/Uma borders (I mean, it's got radiation, your infantry would need hazmat suits and could only stay for a bit). They would soften up the defenses further, and our massive Railguns (Train Artillery) light them up from a distance, with support from 250mm SPA. This would break what's left of Uma/German defenses. Our mechanized divisions would begin rapidly racing across the border, going full speed ahead, at 100 mph (With tracks). In the Suez, stealth ships drop off amphibious mechanized divisions, they race up the coasts with ships providing bombardment support. With the enemy not expecting us to land there, they would most likely falter. Those amphibious divisions would begin racing East/West. We promise them freedom from the Uma Empire if they surrender and overthrow the local Uma leadership. As they are a Nationalist colony, they would likely gladly do so. We blockade the Suez Canal and only let NEUTRAL SHIPS THROUGH. In Crimea and Southern Ukraine, it is a similar story. Amphibious units land after mass bombings and coastal bombardment, racing up beaches and ports, striking them with overwhelming firepower. In any ports that are too heavily defended, our Navy just bombards them at random times, destroying those ports and preventing repair while also preventing detection. Our naval doctrine is to avoid detection at all cost. With cooling, metamaterials, etc, masking our trail, we always retreat and use ambush tactics to destroy our enemy. In Ukraine, we promise freedom to the Ukrainians living there so long as they fight. Western Ukraine has the highest concentration of Ukrainains, plus, Uma has done nothing to help them from Czech radiation, so they would likely gladly take up arms. They wave the Ukrainian Republic flag as they engage in guerrilla warfare against the Uma troops there, blowing up railroads and harassing them. In one incident, Ukrainian boys are chucking rocks are the Uma soldiers, insulting them. The soldiers panic, believing a larger mob was forming, they opened fire and detained the young boys, sparking outrage. In Eastern Germany, it is populated mostly by Poles and Femboys (Due to its history), so they would likely gladly assist us. We race through East German roads, using our mobility to encircle and wipe out any enemy divisions we come across. We utilize drones in Germany to scout ahead of us, at the first sight of an enemy we go into hiding, activate our stealth technology and wait for them to pass, with some Femboys drawing them in. Then, we strike, encircling and wiping them out. Our satellites shoot down Uma and German satellites with missiles, keeping Uma and Germany in the dark about our army and its positions. We begin our propaganda war, publishing secret recordings of meetings between Uma, Germany and Baltics we found where THEY are clearly the Aggressors and we are defending ourselves. We begin mass bombing raids of Germany and Uma, striking their industrial heartlands, power grids, infrastructure (Mostly railroads, ones we won't need to rapidly invade), etc. In Sweden and Baltic, they have not RP'd after I repeatedly asked them to. Sweden is inactive and the Baltics are just sitting there. Without their high-commands fighting back, our advance continued until this war begun. Stockholm was captured and Swedish leadership forced to negotiate, while we begin retreating from the Baltics, focusing on a Defensive War.
Femboia does not let its soldiers retire at 32 like usual, as we need our veterans and as many troops as we can muster, but nobody fuses as they all are glory-hungry. From Czechoslovakia and the heaviest radiation zones, the enemy resistance would be weakest, however, the mountains in the region prevent us from advancing too far too quickly. We begin modifying gear to prepare for mountainous warfare.
