The Second Fleet arrives in Washington D.C. They begin to land on the newly constructed docking ports. To converse energy, they make the ISD land on lifts that once landed on, slowly drop down into the water, letting the hull touch the water safely. If necessary, you can choose not to land in the water, you can simply wish to dock on the main platform. Yet, the secondary platform is suggested since it is more easier and faster to unload and dock. Of course, all ships must be cleaned and have anti-erosion/rusting equipment put on before leaving.
