Horsell Common has been transformed into a formal capital for the Martians. This is the center of the new capital. There are 200 fighting machines, 1,000 war machines, and 59 Tempests stationed with one Tempest being produced. There are 12,000 buildings, 500,000 Martians, and 7,000 anti-air guns and heatray turrets stationed around the city. Section 1 has been renamed to "Capital Sector" by the Martian forces.
