**Introduction** I, @That_Other_Octavian, official manager of the PU see many are currently upset with the status quo of the Poland Universe Roleplay, I believe if we don’t take action now this will turn worse. I have a few proposals to my fellow managers and his majesty @Marica_Games, so we can avoid catastrophe. **Proposals** 1. Restructuring the Manager System: We MUST restructure the manager system, the more inactive managers like me shall be given less tasks and also be put in a minor position in the bureaucracy. While the more active managers shall be put into positions that fit their traits. 2. Advisory Council: We should establish an Advisory Council (ideally 10 members) with 50% from the curators and 50% from the managers. This Advisory Council will advise his majesty and have the power to veto any action made by his majesty if they have at least 60% of the vote. 3. Establishing an Independent Anti-Corruption Committee: Similar to my home of Hong Kong, we should establish an independent committee to investigate cases of power play and misconduct among members. The committee’s role is to collect all evidence concerning a case and vote on whether the defendant is guilty or not, they shall need more than half the votes to ban him. This committee shall be made up of curators and a few managers. **In Conclusion** I hope his majesty, the people and the managers will be pleased with this arrangement, and I hope we can all finally get out of the swamp of controversy and stagnation.
