For far too long, since the dawn of the P.U., unqualified Managers have ruled PU as an Oligarchy, unchecked. The goal of this petition is to pressure our Emperor (Marica, the Host) into ACTION. They have let this slide for far too long. He promised reform, but NOTHING has changed. He has side-eyed the corruption for too long. I am 'running' to be the 'Manager of Managers'. I will catalog all corruption. I will (attempt to) catalog every manager's actions (Like voidings) for every person to see, and upon request, I will open an investigation. I am seeking to have NO powers other than that. I can overturn manager actions, but that is it. I will not be able to void people's actions, ban people, etc. I can't even ban corrupt managers, only demote them ('Remove' them and then instantly re-add them as members). I am seeking the power to promote people to Managers if I think they would make a good manager, however, if that is not the case I will demote them. The only person above me will be the Emperor (And the people, who will be able to kick me out of office as well). He will be able to reverse my reversals, demote and promote as he likes, etc. His reversals of my reversals could be reversed via popular vote (A majority of people who vote within 3 days). If you believe you have been wronged by a manger, you can report it and I will investigate. I also want to serve as an advisor to Marica, I will propose things to him and he would listen. If you want reform, come to me and i'll come up with ways to solve your problems for the Emperor. P.U. should be for all, not just the Managers! They have been left unchecked with total power for ages, its a miracle the system hasn't collapsed like the CBMV! What happened to the CBMV? Their managers were TOO powerful, they overthrew the government and fought amongst themselves for more power. Managers have nothing to fear from me, so long as they have nothing to be ashamed of. Things I would demote a manager for: Abuse of power, powerplay, inappropriate activity, breaking ST guidelines, inactivity, etc. Most of our government is corrupt or inactive "How can this government stand?". All of my life, I have fought for what I thought was right, especially against tyranny. The P.U. has put up with it for FAR too long, it is time to audit the government! Death to corrupt bureaucrats! (Expression, i'm not actually going to kill anyone-) By signing, you are 'voting' for a new era in P.U., one where the Managers have to play fair and act like Managers.
