The DRON officially plans on ditching Communism (Marxist-Leninist) for Communism (Tefeangite-Gerardist) So, how was this ideology invented? This ideolofy was created by a well known social scientist Mark Tebaloshi Kene'afuna Tefeanga, and a well known ex-Marxist-Leninist politician Habata Kwanze-Nukiele Gerard. Unlike modern day communism, which seeks to oppress the rich to the same level of poor, Civilianism functions differently : It tries to uplift the poor without majorly harming the rich. Below are the core beliefs of the ideology 1) All are equal below the law: A soldier working in a frontline, a young child, a doctor, even the head of state are treated the same before the eyes of the judiciary of the state. The head of state is not a "ruler" or a "king" but rather a servant of the people who must act according to their will, forming a true "People's State" 2) Full inclusiveness : Unlike most communist states that seek to oppress minorities and commit wrongful genocides and demonstrate hatred towards the minority, the rich as well as those belonging to the LGBTQIA+; Civilianism seeks for FULL, COMPLETE inclusiveness. The minority is treated the same way as the majority, and no one shall be discriminated based on which ethnic race they belong to or which part of the gender spectrum they belong to. This included providing free housing in sparsely inhabited areas, and cheap housing in densely populated areas (by providing free housing in less denser areas, it fosters a more uniform population density). Peoples belonging to the economic categories 7-10 (7 is lower middle class, 8 is above poverty line, 9 is below poverty line and 10 is absolute poverty) shall receive free and compulsory education in schools and quality educational institutes funded/owned by the state. Those belonging to categories 7-9 shall also receive free electricity in their house, subsidized food grains, cheap water and free electricity. Peoples belonging to categories 9 and 10 shall receive all of the above necessities at a much much more cheaper rate, with free water and free provision of food, three meals a day, provided by governmental organisation 4) Varied Taxing- By introducing varied taxing, the government allows the middle class and the poor to completely be exempted from paying taxes. However, the rich and the middle class need to pay taxes, and these taxes are surprisingly very low, attracting businessmen from around the world to settle in Namibia 5) Great emphasis on education - The state is keen to achieve a 100% literacy rate, and as a result will plan on spending a good proportion of the budget on education. Each and every citizen is entitled to education from institues both funded privately and publicly, which falls under the Right to Education and Learning Act 6) Nationalism of vast mineral resources found throughout Namibia- Fortunately, to back all of the state's expenditure, Namibia holds stock of vast Diamond, oil, coal, timber (though timber is not widely used in this era), metal as well as solar resources.
