They’re allowed to fly into any realm, considering that the seraphims don’t banish them to the mortal world for meddling in the affairs of other civilizations. Then there’s Storm. A courier for the divines, Storm had never worried that they would be banished for trespassing. They kept up their job for as long as they could until the seraphims saw no need for them to start unwanted conflicts by flying into the wrong places. The overlords of the heavens sent them downstairs to earth to find something that had been left behind… something of utmost importance… Storm wasn’t ready to have that much riding on their back…
