I made this because I was bored. Sorry for not posting a lot recently, I've just been lazy for about a week, only being online a few times. I'll try to work on TCOSR 16 more. This is Dr. Luxury, he's not really going to be a character that'll be used in a TCOS episode. You can use him in your object show or make a meme about him if you want.
