Geno has developed an exo-suit for himself which allows him to fly and grants him more strength, durability and speed. His power level is boosted roughly by 10x and the suit is powered off of his raw creation energy. This means that only he can use it.
The armour works in modules, allowing it to fly to him and attach to him separately. This also allows him to decide how much armour he wants.
