One of the most twisted pieces of lore within Bhahsania's backstory. Would recommend discretion among readers as it contains mature themes. ---- In the time of the Bijoyite Party's rule over Bhahsania, the Hegemite Ultranationalist Regime had carried out probably one of their largest crimes ever committed against the people, especially through the oppression of their "Odhoston" slave class, picked randomly at birth. From the Odhoston would come different divisions, like the Odhoston Karmi, Odhoston Soinikgon, the Adhinastha Das, and more. However, for the sake of space and your time, the Adhinastha Das will be focused on; the other groups will hopefully be covered in other projects soon. The Adhinastha Das were defined as the lowest social class within the Bijoyites' rigid social pyramid, formed after the country's birth rate began to decline steeply in 1998, following the harsh industrialisation policies of Aarav Bijoy, the father of Arjun Bijoy. They were to serve in the New Peoples Initiative (নতুন মানুষ উদ্যোগ), and most would find themselves imprisoned in Complex One (pictured), located 50 km away from Karkhanar Sahar. Once born, these slaves, along with the rest of the Odhoston, would be raised in state-standard nurseries, brainwashing the new generation into blind—almost worship-like loyalty to the Bijoyites and their regime. These infants and children would then be regularly conditioned to reduce their intellectual capacities to the level of cattle, with no self-preservation whatsoever. When they would reach adulthood, or even the age of puberty, as the state-standard would decree, they would be shipped to Complex One to officially take part in the New Peoples Initiative and undergo one of the main horrors committed under the Bijoyite Regime. In the early days of Complex One, soldiers and other Odhoston would forcefully mate with the Adhinastha Das concubines, with the sole intention of raising the birthrate. The acts were purely unconsensual, with deaths being common from the sheer force of the deeds committed, since more than two individuals were forced together to increase the odds of a successful fertilisation. This, however, led to very unfavourable outcomes for the Bijoyites, as the process would take too long and would be too unregulated and chaotic. Additionally, an STD outbreak had begun in one of the Adhinastha concubines, spreading throughout the population, and leaving anywhere between 50 and 100 infected with the virus according to Hegemite medical records from within the complex. Shortly after the discovery, the outbreak was "sterilised" according to the same records, likely meaning that all 50 - 100 infected were killed somehow. Up to now, the New Peoples Initiative had produced around 500-700 new individuals, who were each screened and distributed among the population (it was possible for an Odhoston to have noble children, and vice versa), with around 1,000 individuals successfully breeding together in Complex One. This would all change in 2006, though, with the introduction of automated machine systems to replace the need for a physical male presence during the manufacturing of said individuals. With the introduction of the new "Creation Machines", as the new inventions were called in 2006 by Arjun Bijoy's government, the birthrate within Complex One had increased exponentially, with now more than 20,000 individuals being born every year. The process had also become faster and had a higher chance of success, with donated fluids from banks and pre-fertilised embryos being injected into concubines, also increasing the chances of a successful outcome, though medical records had shown that the process was extremely painful, with Adhinastha comparing it to having a knife go through your insides. However, the horrors were far from over. Once concubines had conceived, they would be isolated from the rest of the population and set to live among other concubines in similar conditions. There, they would be forced into squalid, tight corridors, offering barely any room to sit down, let alone lie down. In this state, they would stay until the time came to bear their children (more than one would usually be born). Then, when the newborns were born, they would stay with the concubine for around a week before being separated, with the concubine being labelled as "ready for manufacturing" and sent back to the machines to repeat the cycle once again. When the concubines could no longer bear children, they would be shipped away into the Massplants, where they would be neutralised and then processed into "RatEls" (Ration Meals), to be given out by the Minifood to unsuspecting workers from the Odhoston (yes, there was forced cannibalism in Bijoyite Hegemon). ---- After Operation Thundering Dawn, President Arman Hassan would spend time in Complex One with his close associates before being evacuated to Vespacia, though his actions within the compound remained largely unknown.
@Tac_Jaeger77 for the trees no, the eye's not glowing; it's just for dramatic effect ======== Continued: Mahmoud Shanto, on the other hand, was found to have continued the forced procreation and was planning on extending it even further, with documents proving he had planned to incorporate more concubines and even those under the age of legal consent by 2029, and bring back the Odhoston, as was discovered by Bhahsani authorities on the 18th of May. As of now, Complex One remains largely unexplored, with Bhahsani officials planning a raid on the facility soon. Audio and video tapes were found in the sections explored and will be released to the public soon if everything goes according to plan.
