SOUNDS: pixabay.com, myinstants, JJK and Half-Life NOTE: the game has relatively uninteresting graphics, this was on purpose to spend more time on the gameplay then the art (just saying, but, a game CAN be good even if the players are 2 circles, not saying this project is good though, it's kinda bad) this is also my first ACTUAL project using a platformer-style jump! DESCRIPTION: Hazzard Hell is a 2D fighting game that you can play with your buddy! It's a chaotic and (subjectively) fun experience! for the beta at least, you have bombs falling from the sky, since it's the beta, there isn't MUCH mechanics now, but it will start to grow! This game is inspired by YOMI Hustle! a game WAY better than this one! now, if it's inspired by YOMI Hustle, why isn't it turn based? well, turn based games aren't really my taste (YOMI Hustle is the exception though) so I was kinda like "what if I tried to make a game LIKE YOMI hustle, but in real-time instead of being turn based" and that's how this game was made! UPDATE LOG: May 9th, 2026, first update! added wall jumping! you can also hold the jump key on the edge to stick to it, release to jump! May 10th, 2026, fixed a bug that lets you jump infinitely on the ceiling. Also fixed a bug that stops your momentum when you get hit. May 11th, 2026, added "CRITICAL HIT" text from TF2 when player 2 hits a crit, also added a bomb, and finally, added a dust effect when you land after you jump. May 12th, 2026, added a "dash" ability for both players! X to dash for player 1, and N to dash for player 2. Also added an attack that launches the player to the air, it doesn't to any damage but it could be used to throw off your opponent, it is also for the 2 players. Q for player 1 and L for player 2. Now there's a stamina bar, don't worry, it's not what you think it is, attack? remove some stamina, also for the ariel attacks and stuff, so now, instead of a 1 second cool down for dashing, you can spam it until the stamina is below 35 because dashing takes 35 stamina! Stamina took a LOT of time and bugs to fix. May 13, 2026, added parrying! if the opponent doesn't hit you when you are trying to parry, then you can't move for 1 second, parrying does not lower the damage you take (I'll fix that later) btw E for parrying for player 1 and K for player 2 May 14, 2026, added a menu! Also something special for player 1, you have to find it out yourself! gave the game it's own logo and stuff, gave the circles color! Finally!! May 15, 2026, added small details and some bug fixes, small update \(-_-)/, also gave the background some life by giving it a red/blue gradient and adding clouds. May 16, 2026, made clouds spawn more and made them less visible, and I FINALLY brought back the spiky ball, the old one had tons of bugs so I deleted it, now the bugs are gone! FINALLY made the parry work! now you don't take damage when you use it and player 1 hits you, you can't parry hazards or launchers btw. May 17, 2026, small update, you can parry hazards now lol. Also there's a BLACK FLASH! (it's just a finisher, not a gameplay change) hazards can black flash also because why not!? Player 2 can black flash also even though he has a knife XD May 18, 2026, another small update, kinda reworked the health system, now normal attacks do 10 damage and crits do 20, this is because almost every match in this game is short, also nerfed the range of player 2's knife crits and since he SUCKS, I gave him a new mechanic! it's called "bleedout" and whenever player 2 hits player 1, there's a chance for an extra 10 damage, which means a CRIT May 19, 2026, added a "ground pound" S for player 1 and down arrow for player 2, only works airborne and gives 0.5 second endlag. May 23, 2026, gave player 2 a mini ultimate attack, it's a projectile you can use by pressing J. If you hit the projectile, player 2 will teleport to player 1 and do a crit.
