Back story: He was given the job of helping kids to sleep when the parents couldn't. He was 9 yrs old at the time and he is now currently 12. The small container on the side holds special powder to help the kids sleep. He does not know where his own parents are and is just doing whatever his guardians tell him to. Though he has been exposed to many unhealthy environments for children, he is not allowed to intervene because that causes other problems.
