Man, my school is going crazy for Pokémon cards. Idk why but all of the troublemaker boys are showing off their Pokémon cards and I find tons of ripped ones on the floor. But um. Thing is I really want to get in on the fun because I am a Pokémon fan (and funnily enough the people who have said Pokémon cards are the ones who hated on me for saying I liked Pokémon lol) and I want to one-up the people with the cards because I want to show everyone I’m better then them but i am NOT taking these cards to school. So I guess I’ll settle on making this project and showing the kids at school the Kieran card in a decorated top-loader I keep in my bag instead. Anyways now onto the actual cards…. Space/click Pictures: Here is all of them lined up looking pretty on my wall. I should probably move them to a better place because I feel like the suns gonna damage them but the little nook in the wall stuff is PERFECT so um… Me holding Kieran so you know it’s legit. Not like I’m gonna lie to you guys but I would find it hard to believe I had this stuff too Alright now what even are these things and how much are they worth? So um this is just a slideshow of what the card is, what they were graded for, and how much they cost. I’m sure you can read them without me. I can’t remember if I pulled leafeon or espeon or if my dad bought them(when they were cheaper) but I def pulled the umbreon and glaceon. For those who don’t know what grading or what a psa is: So when you have a card you really like, or you want to sell it, you want it to be in good condition, right? And you want to know what condition it is in right now. And the more pristine the card is, the better it’s worth? That's the idea when you send your card in to get graded. Basically you ship your card(s) to a place (my dad sends them in to professional sports authenticator) where a professional checks them over and puts them a special screen protector and gives them a number on 1-10 based on how well-kept the card is. 10 being the best and 1 being the worst. People want the best cards and because having a 10 is more rare (and the card is in a better condition) then any other number, people want to buy cards that are graded with the 10 on them. So that’s why the 10s go for more than ungraded cards or other numbers. Also they don’t do this for just Pokémon cards, they do this with any other trading card games like the baseball cards or magic the gathering Anyways yeah look at my cards bask in my glory no I am not getting the terastal eeveelutions I hope you were impressed by my slabs of cardboard ok bye.
