They are a Fan OC for a universe which I will not name here. Their design is based off of the pixel, which ties into their shy and disconnected personality by separating the primary colors of light. I'm stewing on the idea that they can shapeshift into different forms. Think about it, he's a pixel. And as a result, the idea came to mind that maybe he has a different alias that he takes form of in order to be more energetic and enthusiastic. Be the guy he wants to be. I don't have a design for that but poke me if you'd like to see that. A flaw with this ability is that if he tries to replicate another character, his facial features will remain the same to distinguish that it is him.
