(Music is in the project, press space/click to scroll through slides) 4/2415 This treaty was overseen by the NASM, and will be enforced since the Enclave and USA are in no point to refuse a peace deal. The stipulations are listed below. 1. UC will withdraw all troops and accommodations will be made for them to return to their territory. They have offered to repay both sides for damages, which may be done, but it may only be done voluntarily and is not licensed by the NASM. (The dead may not be revived. Whether by foreign interference, failure of technology, or some other outside factor, the technology has failed. It is likely due to the nuclear atmosphere of North America and the prevalence of industrial pollution, but noone knows for sure.) 2. The united communities of Anarchobama will be reestablished in former territory as a buffer-"state" between the USA and Enclave to prevent future conflict and will remain under NASM peacekeeping force protection. 3. All external territories of the USA will be disarmed and the NASM will keep standing forces there to prevent foreign invasion. If they are attacked, it will be viewed as an attack on the USoLRH and action will be taken accordingly. Ideally, these external territories would be granted independence, but due to the volatility of the world at the moment, they will remain under the USA. 4. The Enclave is to be largely disarmed (until a new ruler is found) and hold elections immediately for new governance. The NASM will oversee these elections to prevent foul play.
