This project is @Penthusiast's PFP but it is 100% pen. So I uploaded his PFP and scanned it using a custom made scanner by me, it took about 50-60 minutes. It added all scanned colors and positions (X and Y) into seperate lists. Each list is made of 56,153 values. After scanned, I created something that draws the image using all the data and this is how it turned out.
