After all, Sigurd himself was 87 years old, and no one was immortal. But the truth that no one knows is that Sigurd is not dying of old age, but by poisoning. Vice-Mayor Erik, Sigurd's own son dislikes how peaceful his father has been. This whole time, Sigurd was sick, he was poisoned by his own son. This is not to say that Erik is a Sogranist, in fact, he is against Sogranism. But a fear he has long held is that in peace, the Sogranists could return, and conquer Mothron. As such, Erik did not want an independent Mothron to exist, because he knew it could be easily corrupted into Sokron. And another Sokron would try to retake Shields City, and Erik didn't want such a thing. Erik laughed, the World was so easy to deceive. Brackon had been right, too bad that old fool had gone insane and abandoned his dictatorship in the very end, and had let Johnathan Ug destroy him.
