SAW (Standard Assault Weapon): It is designed for glass cannon assault troops, basically, our offensive units. They are larger-than-average due to our larger infantry, and they are also pretty powerful. They use 10 kilojoules per shot, being able to fire about 1,000 rounds before needing to replace the battery. They use Argon-Hydrogen gas to fuel the plasma itself, being able to fire 1,000 rounds before needing a new gas canister. Both the high-power and high-temperature plasma can easily kill a soldier. They are semi-automatic, due to the chamber reloading too slow for it to be fully automatic. They deal heavy damage to enemy infantry, and have an AOE effect. The plasma rapidly spins in a donut/circle, allowing it to keep it's shape and only slowing disperse. The further away it shoots, the more AOE it has, but the weaker it is. At point-blank range, it is completely lethal, but only to one person. At 100 meters, it could kill 5 people (Standing close together). At 500 meters, it could hit 25 people (Standing close together), but it would only cause them minor pains. It is pretty light-weight, being only about 10 ounces due to light-weight alloys and polymer. It has a counter-recoil system to mitigate or even cancel out recoil. Laser: (Chaingun/defensive... 100kj) Machinegun: (Fast, diverse damage, light, deadly)
Note to self: Coilguns shooting complex rounds? Including anti-matter and such? :p (I need to look into it)
